About this drink
Lightly sweetened aloe vera juice with soft chunks of real aloe gel suspended through it. Mild and cooling rather than sugary, and the pulp gives it something to chew on, which is half the appeal. The bottle most people in Sri Lanka already recognise from supermarket shelves.
How to serve
Shake gently before opening so the pulp spreads through the bottle.
