About this ramyeon
Champong is the Korean-Chinese seafood noodle soup you get from takeaway shops, and this is Nongshim's version of it. The broth is smoky and peppery rather than sweet, built from cuttlefish, mussel, scallop, shrimp and crab with a red chilli oil finish. Cabbage, bok choy and seaweed flakes rehydrate into something closer to a restaurant bowl than most instant seafood packs manage.
How to cook
Cook in 550ml of water for 4 to 5 minutes. A handful of prawns or mussels dropped in at the start turns it into a proper meal.
