About this ramyeon
Migawon's fire chicken stir fry noodle, and the pack that gets bought for the challenge as much as the flavour. Sweet and garlicky for the first mouthful, then the capsaicin builds and keeps building for a good while after the bowl is empty. Toasted sesame and seaweed flakes come in a separate sachet to scatter at the end.
How to cook
Boil for 5 minutes, drain to roughly eight spoons of water, stir the sauce through and top with the sesame and seaweed sachet. Milk on standby.
