The same drained stir fry format as the spicy version, with a generous cheddar powder sachet added at the end. The cheese rounds off the chilli without cancelling it, so the heat arrives later and softer. A good bridge for anyone stepping up from Chapagetti towards the properly hot packs.
How to cook
Drain hard, stir the sauce through first, then sprinkle the cheese powder over the top so it melts in streaks rather than dissolving.
