The Shin flavour without the soup. Extra elastic noodles cook in under four minutes, get drained, then take on a concentrated spicy beef sauce and chilli oil that clings to every strand. Shiitake, bok choy and the little fish cakes stamped with the Shin character come along in the vegetable mix. Undiluted heat, because there is no broth to soften it.
How to cook
